We do hope you will enjoy your new bag. However, if it’s not to your complete satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return it.

Please note the following:

Before you send any items back to us you need to send an e-mail to customercare@liffner.co to receive return instructions. Do not send anything without contacting us first! It may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. 

The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact.

Please note that any damages or signs of use must be reported when initiating a return. If an item is returned with unreported damage or signs of wear that reduce its value, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.

Please note that all return costs are at the customers expense and the original shipping fee is not refundable.

Below are the cost of returns which will be deducted from your order payment:

Sweden: 69 SEK

EU: 30 EURO

USA: 30 USD

All other countries: 30 EURO

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s payment method after we have received your returned item. Please note that the refund can't be initiated before the item's arrival to our warehouse.

If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
