Refund policy

We do hope you will enjoy your new bag. However, if it’s not to your complete satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return it.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items/order you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it.

If you'd like to initiate a return, please submit your request using the return form.

If you'd like to exchange your bag, please email customercare@liffner.co.

The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. 

The product has to be back in perfect condition and in original wrapping with labels and tags intact.

Please note that any damages or signs of use must be reported when initiating a return. If an item is returned with unreported damage or signs of wear that reduce its value, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.

Please note that all return costs are at the customers expense and the original shipping fee is not refundable.

Below are the cost of returns which will be deducted from your order payment:

Sweden: 69 SEK

EU: 19 EURO

USA: 19 USD

All other countries: 19 EURO

Right of Withdrawal (EU Only)

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise this right, please use our online withdrawal form or contact us directly.

In the event of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, which is €19 if the order has already been shipped.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s payment method after we have received your returned item. Please note that the refund can't be initiated before the item's arrival to our warehouse.

If your order has been sent within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded.
