SWEDEN: Standard 69 SEK.
EU: Standard 15 EUR. Express, 25 EUR.
Rest of Europe (Non EU): Standard 19 EUR. Express, 29 EUR.
USA: Express 19 USD (Duties and taxes included in price on all orders under 800 USD to the USA)
China & Hong Kong: 19 EUR
Rest of the World: 19 EUR

Do I have to pay duty or import charges for the USA?
Duty and import charges are free on all orders under 800 USD.
Do I have to pay duty or import charges for the UK?
Yes, you have to pay regular VAT and customs duty on all orders. Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Liffner is not liable for these costs. If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

Please check with your local import office to see if you need to pay additional tax and duties.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Orders operated by DHL and UPS require a signature. FedEx deliveries are signature-free.
Check with local courier for their operation hours.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your items/order you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Please email customercare@liffner.co for further instructions.

What are the payments options available?
We offer payment with VISA, Matercard, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, Klarna, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact and iDEAL.
For Chinese customers we offer Alipay, Wechat Pay and Union Pay.
When will I receive my refund for my returned order?
Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse, you will receive a refund using the same payment method you used at checkout.
How do discount codes work?
You can apply discount codes when you start the checkout process. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with each other or on sale items.
Pre-orders
How do pre-orders work?
A pre-order gives you the chance to reserve and buy an item before it’s available in stock. These items have a “Pre-order” button, instead of an “Add to cart” one. After the pre-order is placed, we reserve the bag for shipment upon stock arrival. Delivery dates are estimates and can be both earlier and later than expected. A preorder item and an in-stock item can be ordered together, but will be delivered when the pre-order item becomes available. You can request the separate delivery of the in-stock item by contacting our customer service at customercare@liffner.co.
How can i pay for a Pre-order?
You can pay for the pre-order in the same way you pay for items in stock.
Can i use discount codes on pre-orders?
Yes, discount codes are applicable on pre-orders the same way as on items in stock.
Returns and Exchanges
Return policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note that any damages or signs of use must be reported when initiating a return. If an item is returned with unreported damage or signs of wear that reduce its value, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.

Care Instructions
Looking after your bag
Your Liffner bag is always treated in manufacturing to make it more resistant to water and stains. We suggest you use leather conditioner occasionally to maintain the quality of the leather and to keep it hydrated.
Always store the bag stuffed (to keep its shape and avoid unnecessary creases) in the Liffner dust bag while not used. Always avoid abrasive surfaces to prevent the bag from developing marks. By doing this you help your bag last longer and reduce the environmental impact on your product.
